Shipping Method: Orders are airfreighted to local UK locations before being delivered.

Order Management and Delivery: Our team of sales and delivery professionals ensures your orders are handled with care. We aim to meet your scheduled delivery times, assist with product setup, and provide guidance on how to use your purchased items.

Shipping Cost: No additional shipping charges for our customers.

Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days. We arrange scheduled delivery times per your convenience and set up and demonstrate your products at your home. Depending on your order and demonstration requirements, this process usually takes around 30 minutes.

Delivery Service Details: We exclusively use a designated courier service for deliveries through this shopping platform. Deliveries from other companies are not accepted, and we do not handle international shipments. Once goods have been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Important Notes:

• If your order has not been shipped within one hour of placement, please contact customer service to request cancellation.
• Cancellations after dispatch are not possible.
• Deliveries may be delayed due to high order volumes, temporary stock shortages, or around consecutive holidays. Your understanding is appreciated.
• If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, the items will be returned to us.
• For credit card payments, we cover the taxes.
